Group Therapy
Group counseling consists of 60- 90 minute sessions with an Associate or Licensed Professional Counselor or Social Worker. Groups are typically 6-8 people focused on a certain topic or presenting problem. Groups can either be pycho-educational or process in nature. Group counseling gives the added benefit of hearing from others who may have similar experiences as you. It also provides a safe place to process and work on common goals in a supportive environment.
Group Counseling assists with normalizing your own experiences that sometimes leave you feeling isolated and alone.
Currently, we offer the following group counseling sessions: DBT and Trauma group specifically for Teens and Adults, Grief, Parenting, Couples (Prepare Enrich).
